DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... West Fork Trinity River Near Jacksboro affecting Jack County. West Fork Trinity River Near Boyd affecting Wise County. Trinity River At Trinidad affecting Navarro and Henderson Counties. ...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Texas... Trinity River Near Long Lake (Oakwood) affecting Anderson, Leon and Freestone Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...West Fork Trinity River near Boyd. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Moderate flooding along the river is expected. Farm and ranch lands adjacent to the river will flood, as well as several rural roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood stage at 19.0 feet.

Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and
may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud
is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.
Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall,
becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds.
When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
