Green River at Paradise affecting Muhlenberg County. .The Green River will continue to fall, dropping below flood stage at Paradise by Monday night. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Green River at Paradise. * WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 380.0 feet, Water rises over the skimmer wall at the TVA fossil plant. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 376.3 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 380.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
