DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas... Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Bowie, Red River, Titus, Morris and Franklin Counties. For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco. * WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding of the heavily wooded floodplain. Ranchers that may have cattle and equipment in the river bottoms should move them to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM CDT Sunday was 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Wednesday evening and continue falling to 19.5 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
