DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinois... Illinois River near Havana affecting Cass, Mason and Fulton Counties. Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Cass, Brown, Schuyler and Morgan Counties. Illinois River at Peoria affecting Woodford, Tazewell and Peoria Counties. Illinois River at Henry affecting Putnam and Marshall Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River near Havana. * WHEN...From late tonight until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Access road to Anderson Lake north campground closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight and continue rising to 17.8 feet Friday morning. Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and
may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud
is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.
Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall,
becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds.
When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
