DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... Trinity River near Crockett affecting Madison, Trinity, Houston and Walker Counties. For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor, Goodrich, Moss Bluff, Liberty...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Trinity River near Crockett. * WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 43.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding continues in the vicinity of the gage impacting ranching operations and prison farms. Livestock should be removed from low-lying areas in the floodplain. At 45.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage impacting livestock grazing and prison farms. In past floods, problems occurred from the Highway 7 bridge downstream to Highway 21 bridge due to high flows in the backwater of Lake Livingston. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 44.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:45 PM CDT Thursday was 45.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Sunday morning and continue falling to 33.9 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 41.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 45.0 feet on 06/24/1989. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not

Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
