DESCRIPTION: FFWTBW The National Weather Service in Tampa Bay Ruskin has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Eastern Hillsborough County in west central Florida... * Until 730 PM EDT. * At 537 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Plant City. This includes the following streams and drainages... Turkey Creek, Howell Branch, Spartman Branch, Hamilton Branch, Alafia River and North Prong Alafia River.
INSTRUCTION: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
