DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... Trinity River at Riverside affecting Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity and Walker Counties. Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County. Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Liberty and Chambers Counties. For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor, Goodrich, Moss Bluff, Liberty...Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 133.5 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage with water in the Green Rich Shores subdivision. Backwater flooding up Wright's Creek impacts Plantation Drive in the Deep River Plantation subdivision. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 133.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 132.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 AM CDT Saturday was 135.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 130.0 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 133.5 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 133.7 feet on 03/10/2018. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
INSTRUCTION: Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not
impact human habitation in a negative way. The exception to this is freezing drizzle,
a condition where drizzle freezes immediately upon reaching earth's surface.
Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
potentially result in hazardous road conditions.
