DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... Shell Rock River at Shell Rock affecting Butler, Black Hawk and Bremer Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...The Shell Rock River at Shell Rock, or from Flood Creek near Clarksville to the Cedar River. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water affects S Prairie St. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 12.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
