For the Current River...including Powder Mill...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Current River near Powder Mill. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, County Road 106-531 south of the gage floods near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early this morning to 9.5 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon to 4.1 feet this evening. It will rise to 5.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.7 feet on 05/28/2016. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not
impact human habitation in a negative way. The exception to this is freezing drizzle,
a condition where drizzle freezes immediately upon reaching earth's surface.
Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
potentially result in hazardous road conditions.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
