DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Mississippi...Louisiana...Arkansas... Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Madison, Tensas, Claiborne, Jefferson and Warren Counties. Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Concordia, Wilkinson and Adams Counties. Mississippi River Near Greenville affecting Issaquena, East Carroll, Washington and Chicot Counties. Mississippi River Near Arkansas City affecting Bolivar, Washington, Chicot and Desha Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River near Arkansas City. * WHEN...Until late Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 42.0 feet, Water approaches the first structure at the Donaldson Point Hunting Club in Bolivar County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 42 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue a slow fall. - Flood stage is 37 feet.

INSTRUCTION: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. The next statement will be issued Tuesday morning at 845 AM CDT.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km) and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as "cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.

Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud formations generally pass rapidly.
