DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Mississippi...Louisiana...Arkansas... Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Tensas, Claiborne, Madison, Jefferson and Warren Counties. Mississippi River Near Greenville affecting Issaquena, East Carroll, Chicot and Washington Counties. Mississippi River Near Arkansas City affecting Desha, Washington, Chicot and Bolivar Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Mississippi...Louisiana... Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Concordia, Adams and Wilkinson Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River near Greenville. * WHEN...Until Monday, May 05. * IMPACTS...At 55.0 feet, Practically all areas between levees are flooded. Approximately 50 buildings have water inside them. Water enters Farmers Grain terminal building north of the Greenville bridge. Electric power is turned off to north and south Lake Ferguson Road and Hillman-Logan Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 54.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue a slow fall. - Flood stage is 48.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 54.3 feet on 05/25/2017. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Altostratus clouds form at mid to high-level altitudes
(between 2 and 7 km) and are created by a warm, stable air mass which causes
water vapor
to condense as it rise through the atmosphere. Usually altostratus clouds are
featureless sheets characterized by a uniform color.
In some cases, wind punching through the cloud formation may give it a waved
appearance, called altostratus undulatus. Altostratus clouds
are commonly seen with other cloud formations accompanying them.

Cirrostratus clouds are high, thin clouds that form above
20,000 feet and are made mostly of ice crystals. They sometimes look like giant
feathers, horse tails, or curls of hair in the sky.
These clouds are pushed by the jet stream and can move at high speeds reaching
