DESCRIPTION: ...The National Weather Service in San Angelo TX has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas... San Saba River At Menard affecting Menard County. For the San Saba River...including Menard, San Saba...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...San Saba River at Menard. * WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor flooding will occur. Water will begin to reach the Menard Business District. The city park will be flooded. Water will begin to encroach on the Menard County RV Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 3.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 18.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.0 feet on 11/03/2000. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Freezing rain is a condition where precipitation which has fallen in the form of
