Two Rivers River near Hallock affecting Kittson County. .The Two Rivers River will fall below minor flood stage today. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Two Rivers River near Hallock. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 802.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD STAGE. Hallock Dam spillway at Gilbert Park closed to the public. Culverts with flappers are checked. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 802.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM CDT Saturday was 802.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 800.9 feet Saturday, April 04. - Flood stage is 802.0 feet.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
