DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... South Sulphur River Near Cooper affecting Delta and Hopkins Counties. West Fork Trinity River Near Boyd affecting Wise County. Trinity River Near Long Lake (Oakwood) affecting Anderson, Leon and Freestone Counties. Trinity River At Trinidad affecting Henderson and Navarro Counties. Navasota River Near Easterly affecting Robertson and Leon Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Navasota River near Easterly. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding below Easterly is expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 5.5 feet early Wednesday afternoon.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
