Mississippi River at Clarksville. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinois...Missouri... Mississippi River at Hannibal. River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Louisiana. * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The first quarter mile of Edison Avenue beyond the railroad tracks begins flooding near this height. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 15.4 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall Tuesday evening. It will rise to 15.4 feet Thursday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and
may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud
is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.
Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall,
becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds.
When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
