DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Kentucky... Kentucky River at Heidelberg affecting Lee County. * WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by excessive rainfall continue. * WHERE...Kentucky River at Heidelberg. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 16.2 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall to 15.8 feet Thursday evening, before rising to 16.0 feet again by Friday morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
INSTRUCTION: If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an alternative route. The next statement will be issued this evening at 800 PM EDT.

The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not

Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
